Before the hype train gets out of control on this you guys might want to read carefully and see that 24 month escrow isn't set in stone it could end up being way shorter period than that in reality.
Just be aware of the risks, alot of people coming in for half price I have never seen it end well before might be first here but I highly doubt it, trade with caution.
