I agree. With any new technology there is always a lot of technical development and operational refinement needed in the early stages. What a place to trial and develop the Protean WEC and it's arrays! On the doorstep of large potential customers! It isn't going to cost the company much and of course the technology is covered by patents so the loss of sensitive commercial information isn't an issue. Hopefully the marine engineering environment over there and the technical assistance available will assist the company to maximize the WEC operation as it aims for increasingly large power contracts.
