All management companies charge fees. I have said it before that OKAP has a history of high fees for their services. Industry allows them the freedom to maximise their income.
A solution is for shareholders to sack them. Easier said than done. Alternatively you do not invest in OKAP companies if you cannot see a capital profit coming. You are focusing on the fees because the sp has been destroyed and you have taken a loss i imagine? Many companies fall into this category.
If you think a company has potential you invest and take the risks. Some succeed but most go under. Directors and management companies NEVER lose. Fact.
I have invested in IGS hoping the Winter Gardens may deliver a stream of good profits. Pity that many of you cannot understand my motivation. All my investments are made with that objective. I have made money on some and losses on others. Those i have made losses on i have criticised. Those i have made profits on i praise.
As for research info received relating to each company some ends but being lies and deception. Some however ends up being the truth. Only in time does one discover the truth of informants. If you do not like companies associated with the brand OKAP stay away. It has a poor track record. However i recall for my past investments that there was always opportunities to cash out early with a profit.
We all remain bitter with our losses. Fact
