Pretty much rooted when you read the annual report.

The major investors/fund providers in the form of directors have plowed money in. Clearly they are believers. Interesting to note the creditors will end up with the company assets under the most recent loan agreements. Pretty valuable assets I would suggest.

Market cap still holds it's head high at 5-6 mill or so. Odd with absolutely no cash behind them.

Bargain basement sale to "sophisticated investors" coming up. Note the punter gets no look in.

Maybe they thinks

"The ground looks great and I think we are on a winner. Thanks guys for all the seed funding over the past year. It has really increased the value of the ground and done the ground work for the next phase. Oh yes if the resolutions are not passed that's fine, will just take a little longer."

All speculation on my part.
