New name: First Graphite Ltd.

Very pleased to see Resolution 18 at the AGM proposes a change of name to FIRST GRAPHITE LIMITED.

Very important to have a company name that relates to the business, and I think this is a good choice, pointing to the pre-eminent, or leading position the company holds in it's industry space.

The production of extremely high purity vein graphite with the option of producing graphene quickly and easily at low cost puts the company at the head of the field.

The new name will be much more likely to attract the attention of both potential investors and customers.

A very timely change, as the company prepares to start production.
