You must be having a nightmare, realizing that EWC is well and truly progressing with construction completion of its major projects and proceeding towards commercialization.

Please advise when and where EWC has announced this gas sale to Perusda Sulsel which is acting as the gas off-taker, that this agreement will allow the first lng train to be supplied with gas from the WASAMBO gas field and will facilitate lng off-take agreements with PLN and the loan facility from Bank Marindi. This is not a rehash, but a significant and price sensitive ASX announcements. (Previous newspaper articles referring to the signing of this agreement did not contain all this important detailed information). Perhaps you are saying that EWC should be in breach of ASC listing rules and not inform the market of this price sensitive commercial agreement. If you are saying this, then I would certainly be worried...... As it is, if I am worried about it is about your frame of mind......

Furthermore, as I pointed out in my earlier response to you, EWC’s total liability is $902millon (incl. $335million to Slipform), with total assets of $1.52billion, leaving a net assets position of $618million. As EWC presents its accounts in US$, there is no need to convert their accounts to A$.
