Burford Capital

Although only operating for a few years, Burford is on song with rising profits and margins. Most of the business is litigation funding, however Burford has managed to leverage skills by providing contingent services such as a specialised insurance company, risk assessments and judgement enforcement. These all help with smoothing out revenues.

Juridica Investments

Juridica is similar to IMF in that it is dependent on litigation outcomes. As a result profits are lumpy and unpredictable with a recent string of significant losses, leading to poor market performance.
