The reason the staff would be taking shares in lieu of pay is there is no cash to pay them!
The company has a good product but they cannot achieve the volume in sales that is required to turn a profit.
They have been stating for years now that they are expecting an increase in sales but to date they still have not achieved anywhere near the volume required and I personally can't see that changing.
The only reason I remain a shareholder is that my 300,000 shares are not worth selling.
