I read a report not long ago on how undervalued Ridly's land holdings are.
The book value as of December 2014 was $39.6m.
The company has a number of property holdings which have the potential to realise significant value over the coming years.
5,000 hectares (Ha) at Dry Creek (12 km’s from Adelaide CBD)
475 Ha at Moolap (3 km’s from Geelong CBD)
912 Ha at Lara near Avalon Airport.
As at December 31 2014 the value of Ridley's properties was $39.6m.
