Fall seems to have been triggered by CEO's sale. reason given a little soft for me - but some people genuinely don't like holding stock in the business that employs them. sp will recover. The big unknown is Steve Killelea's exit strategy. It he sets out for top dollar for his holding, piecemeal sales won't achieve that. A sale that delivers control would yield a much better result.
Possible buyers?? Maybe an international software vendor with an eye on growth and an AUD denominated development centre. The latter could be of great interest with our currency set for a long spell in the doldrums.
Please dyor - this is an opinion based on generally available data.
