The weekly Pay packet is for doing the job they are employed for.
Propose this to us SHs when the SP is back at 20c and we are at break even not now when we have blood gushing from our necks.
The relationship between Boards/Executives and SH should be Win / Win.
NO to the Extra 10% option to capital raise. The board has the freedom already to grant 15% new capital without asking shareholders.
15% is a big dilution, allowing a 25% dilution is detramental to current SH as they usually loose out to "Sophisticated Investors" in all these types of transactions and capital raising.
