tcf...you must have had a bad day;...it appears the board are now listening to what the market tells them and have (today) started issuing stock rather than spending cash on themselves. Good start but suspect this only happened because the negative feedback and because the practical effect was nobody had any appetite for the dragging CR. Usually these things are done within 24-48 hours...unless, of course, the value proposition is crap in which case you struggle. Case in point. I did see you picked up on the fact that they issued themselves stock at a healthy premium though...

I think I am pretty up to date but thanks for the suggestion that I do some more reading.

ps. I did not advocate turfing the board as you suggest (I did not give an opinion one way or the other)...I just noted it was interesting that they were forced to put up the spill motion.

Ok, notwithstanding the above, I do hope for all our sakes that something does get done now they seem to have sorted their remuneration.
