How do you know the result of the cap raising. Its slow but not finished yet.
No money being put in for back pay directors fees. Aren't they getting shares?
This stock is called Spectrum Rare Earths. Have you been watching the rare earths prices/stocks? Have you seen the fumes SPX has been running on? Shareholders needn't wait for the AGM to kill the company they can sell now if they want.
Turf the entire Board. The Board is made up of two maybe three people and has no money. Where do you think the next Board membership would come from? You?
You have to do some reading and get up to date with the state of SPX's affairs. Discuss transparency and I'll listen to you but funding ...! They are doing pretty well in that regard.
