    SOO wont bid for SXT/LPE- they are both around the same market capitalization of $25mill.
    SOO has 180GW of electricity contracts with business companies- already.
    SXT/LPE has 50GW of electricity contracts with strata title buildings - and targeting 180GW in sales, which will take a few years according to their business plan.
