This Concrete announcement Primes the Pump for Production while covering themselves because they are dealing with reality not hype. This is one of the most Price Sensitive news MRL Corporation has announced in the last 2 years in my opinion. Work is almost finished guys is important and I bet Long-termers agree and people watching this one waiting for the breakout might pitch their tents early.

Of course this is Priming the Pump but after their Conservative last 2 years they deserve to give some hints to the market.

I don't think this is a stretch to deduce more news !!!
