Looks more like a short to me, unless there is a strong belief that a takeover is coming. $335m market cap and profit of a few $m?? Don't really know enough to make an informed call, maybe the US business will add $10m profit this year and the next. Can't get into the Australian article. Does Criterion talk about US profit potential?
