OK but #4 doesn't appear to be a successful oil well - and AKK only pays for completion and production tie in activities if I recall correctly. With it appearing to be a mostly dry gas well it is going to be completed and put into production? Is it even commercial?

Leaves PEP with #3, which as you say is listed with confidential status. PEP will know though.

What's your thought on the PEP JV now - going ahead?? Isn't AKK a little quiet on that topic. Niobrara drilling is off until P0O improves significantly (and they'll need a JV there too to fund drilling).
