Of course Nauru govt system in corrupt. But TSE have been subjected to a prolonged and relentless campaign with numerous allegations made re misconduct including rape. Yet not one of these allegations has been proven. I still reckon TSE will win the tender but now expect:
a) tender amount to be less as Nauru seems to have less asylum seekers.
b) This campaign against TSE makes it less inviting for company lie SPO to do a hostile TO.

Can SP still go hit 120-127 range? Post tender ann it certainly can imo.
