I've been holding for a few years now, and probably the main reason that I haven't bailed out despite the poor share price record over this time is the fact that Chairman Tim is still sitting there with his 41 million shares - owning 14.5% of the company. Other top shareholders keep their holdings intact also, so I expect there is some degree of long term confidence in the company to deliver the goods.
