Seems from my reading of recent Co announcements that there may be lots of deals and shares to be set aside as well as some possible litigation issues...........how much this eventually equates to money wise for the new Co will be most interesting.
Seems that the new Co .....IMO is a local Peru' Co who seem to have a fairly good grasp on mining/exploration issues. I wonder if by them taking up the Co projects and the processing plant will only improve their standing in the region as being a producer as well.
Hopefully, with new Co & Management things could be looking up for us shareholders.....I still think that the new Co will need to do a consolidation because the ridiculous amount of shares on issue.
This could be the new beginning we have all been wishing for !!!!
