Don't play with POKOs. The shares are suspended after AGM. The time risk is too much. Suspension could be for a few weeks as legal matters and settlement of buddy occurs. Thats even if the heads are +30c

Agreed an additional $9m is great but why ask for more than you need as BUDDY will haev $12.5M in the bank.

Save further dilution of the capital structure for later, its the boards trump card.
