I have just seen a copy of the Canaccord report on last Friday comparing hub to PPS .The report states that based on full year 2017 figures for hub the takeover offer of $2.75 is 30 times ev/ebitda where as PPS is 14 .Either the proposed purchaser (market chatter is ioof ) is paying top dollar or PPS is very undervalued .
