As the Yukon Zinc saga continues, it is critical to understand the chain reaction of events that may happen in the near future for Minquest.

See excerpts below of Yukon Zinc's latest monitor report released 3 days ago:

    And also this:

With the above revealed, it is clear that:

    - Transamine may take Yukon Zinc to court and demand an extra $2 million be handed over.  Not only this, but this may backtrack towards the initial restructuring plan that Transamine voted against and therefore transform the outcome of the plan. If this is the case, the Minquest APA may be valid and executed.

    - Yukon Zinc did NOT deliver the full $15 million as promised.  With $2 million dollars outstanding, it is obvious they will require additional money for ongoing care and maintenance in the immediate future.  On that account, a leasing deal or joint venture with Minquest is certainly not out of the question as our Fyre Lake resource will have the ability to provide some very much needed income for Yukon Zinc.

The 2014 Fyre Lake resource is shown below:

With additional drilling planned for the 2015/2016 period, the plan was to initially increase the resource above 17 million tonnes for the Fyre Lake project to be economically viable.  However, with Yukon Zinc's 700,000 mtpa processing plant in place - Minquest can substantially decrease the CAPEX to $60 - 70 million from an initial estimated of $250+ million and become a copper producer considerably earlier than expected.

So what does this all mean? We now know that Yukon Zinc is in very hot water.  Either way, the odds of Minquest being able to utilise the Wolverine processing plant is significantly higher, and subsequently can create a significant transformation to our company.

So I ask once again, why is MNQ still trading at a measerly $4 million???

P.S - the above only describes our resource at Fyre Lake, and has not even mentioned the other copper resource at Marg.
