    Hi All,

IMHO I believe we will be able to get back on track to the path leading to production now that PUC is out of the picture. There are still some substantial hurdles with respect to the price of rare earths but I don't believe the world can do without them especially if we want a more environmentally sustainable economy. I would like to know others opinions of where the prices of rare earths are likely to go in the future.

There is also the cost of extracting the rare earths from Charlie Creek but I believe that these costs can be minimilised with research as to the best dry and wet methods of extracting the rare earth ore. IMHO if the costs can be reduced at the beginning of the extraction process this will have the greatest affect on the bottom line for producing a rare earth ore. With the cost of rare earths down at the moment it could give management time to develop a plan to tweak the best methods of extraction and as such the cost of extraction.

It would appear that the substantial benefits of Charlie Creek is the size, mix and capital cost for the extraction of the ore.

I think this news is great and I think we should thank the management for minimising their costs while we were in the position of getting a new partner in Charlie Creek. It is nice to know management have substantial holdings in CUX so they should be backing a successful CUX.

As to topping up, I think everyone has to do their own research and come to a conclusion that suits them personally. Therefore, I will not give an opinion on that issue. That said, I wish and hope all CUX shareholders are successful in their investment.

    Cheers

    Stoops
