Been watching this for a long time, waiting for the wheel to turn but still don't see anything special to rave about.
It's an average company, with a strong performing business and a couple of ordinary ones.
It's not expensive but it's not really cheap either @ $20M - certainly wasn't cheap @ 10.5c.
I thought the whole point of getting the M&A expert onboard was to make some strategic acquisitions - not sell the company's existing assets. I guess it would depend which one/s they bounce and what the price is.
I'll give Microequities one thing; they've backed BPF and TCN and had some corporate action play out with both.
