My wife and I have on a number of occasions tried to renew our term deposits.
The staff are either incompentent to do the paper work or it's company policy to shunt customer to booths staffed by so called specialist. Trouble is it takes a long time, sometimes nearly an hour to get served.
We got cheesed off waiting, and re-invested the term deposits at our local CUA branch.
Maybe it's policy to corral customer onto the Internet.
We have noticed a trend by banks to use the Internet as an excuse for errors made staff, and also there suggestion that it's you responsibility to monitor staff incompetence.
I want to make it clear it's not only Suncorp that have this issue!
