Nail on head. I made the same point several weeks ago. Watch who the capital raising goes to. Does current management have enough exposure to Buddy atm? I think not. Why would they want options excericised? It might be in the company's best interests - but not in the interests of parties that want a stake as cheaply as possible.

It's just another RTO that if you don't get on early enough, it's worth waiting until the acquistion has been completed.

All IMO.

None of this detracts from Buddy which I think has fantastic fundamentals. Just need the current mob in charge to toddle off first.
