POKO Expire November 30 - is there ANY hope?

We hit a high of 6.5c for POKO and 22c for POK.

This was before the prospectus which is due in 12 trading days.

I know the CR is at 10c but it closes 6 trading days before the 30th.

What is the likelihood of news flowing post prospectus and CR closing and Settlement of Acquisition?

The revised time line is:

Lodgement of Prospectus with the ASIC 23 October 2015
Opening Date of the Capital Raising 23 October 2015
Meeting held to approve the Transaction 9 November 2015
Closing Date of the Capital Raising 20 November 2015
Settlement of the Acquisition 27 November 2015
Despatch of holding statements 30 November 2015

I don't know, I'm holding on for any hope to recoup some money here.
