class actions

i am very interested in this stock but the only thing that is stopping me from taking the plunge is the class actions.

i really haven't had any experience or holdings in a stock before that has been involved in them. any idea how long they can take to play out?

the losses for investors were clearly massive & in the event that they win the case i would imagine settlement could force the company to sell remaining assets & wind up???

as much as i like the recent trading/candle patterns & believe that stewart cummings is turning the core of the business around, the class actions just threaten to pull the rug out from under the company's feet imho. that said, if it is all resolved a lot further down the track perhaps the company could afford to pay a reasonable settlement in the event that the claimants win?

just cant bring myself to buy it! that said, strongly suspect that short term she will be heading higher...
