You are accurate in that PwC needs to clarify whether Yukon Zinc, through their parent company, has provided total funds including the remainder owing the Yukon government plus additional care and maintanence fees. Failure to do so will mean a higher chance in MNQ securing the Wolverine Plant lease.

Despite all the talk and the potential of this company, I am still flabbergasted that MNQ is still only worth $4 million. As zmans suggested, there are SHELLS with zero assets that are worth more than MNQ.

The market is certainly very very strange.
