Do you hold shares? I hope you don't mind me saying but you seem rather naive. You either sell your shares on the market at 13.5c (today) or accept the offer and get 6c plus .06 of an EVN share for every PXG share you hold. At present that equates to 13.5/14.0. You can only do one or the other.
