My concern here is that there are a lot of unknowns:

The market actually prices the company now less then when it was just a mine explorer.

The question is why:
The consolidation I think is one of the main reasons - What will the sp post consolidation - will the new sp hold post cr of between $3m - $8m @ .05.

Who will be offered the cr shares - if it is to be opened to the general market and not just current holders then one needs to make a assessment on what will be the lowest sp after consolidation - if lower then .05 then one only needs to wait and get the new shares.

Unless one can buy now @ .001 then it would be better to wait and pick up cr shares as I can not see the sp being .09 once cr is finalised
