iCollege Limited (ASX:ICT) is acquiring project management trainer Interlink Technology Services Pty Ltd (ITS) for $750,000 worth of shares to expand its geographical footprint.
The acquisition of the Registered Training Organisation will also expand the company’s scope by covering highly sought after qualifications.
ITS has been operating since 2005 and holds ASQA Delegate status that allows self regulation of all courses added to its scope of delivery.It had total sales of $300,000 in FY2015, generating an operating profit of $120,000.
