re: apache buy into vic p45 The directors remuneration package requires that they use (I think it is 50 percent) of their directors fees in an on-market share purchase. Therefore you will see every 3 or 6 (I don't know which) months that each of the directors purchases some shares.
Same applies to CUE. It may also apply to BAS and MEO
