understand your concerns but I think time is required to put the new combined entity into perspective. JID's points are sound and well crafted. Romarco's holders obviously have come out best but I would think many of them realise that the combined entity is impressive. Also, any who were not prepared for the medium to long term would have bailed by now... Well, I would think so anyway. Time will tell no doubt!
