Morebulllessbear, The latest sp was .001, so if the consolidation is 45 to 1 then based on this the post consolidation sp would be .045.
Now none of us actually knows what the shares will re open at after consolidation.
However if I was to purchase shares today at .002 then for my holding value to stay the same it would need to be .09 after consolidation. At .09 then the shares issued to Shareroot are to be issued at .05, this would then be a discount of over 40%.
Now if your average current price is .015 then post consolidation would need to be .675 so maybe its time for you to average down if you can get some at .001 if you believe the sp will open higher then .045
