Sorry to see that you were shut out of the NSL discussion, as I think that all holders there should take some time to understand LCY (and I also follow IRL and others as I am heavily into the Indian resource scene).
I have been a holder of NSL for about 6 years now, and it has been a VERY long journey, but there are a few key differences here.
1) NSL is an Australian company investing in India (not the other way around)
2) NSL has Australian Board and Mgmt (who have kicked in millions of their own coin to start the company off)
NMDC are about as cashed up as a company can be, but will still struggle with their LCY investments. There are so many poor examples of Indian investments into Australia (GVK. Adani, Lanco, Burrup Fertilisers??) and when you combine that with the structural inertia of a massive state owned corporation I can't see Legacy ever having the nimble, flexible style required to get the project up and running in a timely manner.
