Took them long enough, I mean I know things have to follow protocol etc... but jeez how long did it take the board to figure out 12c was a low ball offer? I mean what was there to think about? what a joke, I mean I could have told you in 1hr its a bad deal yet its taken the board 2 weeks to figure this out, and we pay their wages.
I mean this is something you would expect from a govt committee to waste time over a simple decision or a city council meeting where they take 2 weeks to figure out if a park should have a bench or not, I thought in business you get straight to the point quickly as you can, without all the bureaurocratic bungling.
