I am wondering if Sandon may be aware of something we don't. If a high percentage accept the buyback they will sit in cash backing of 3.7 cents with one part time employee they can soon get rid of. What are their plans next? The company may well shrink to around $4 mill in size and have from memory $6 mill in tax losses that may be of use to someone. What value may it be for someone's backdoor listing? Is there any cash that could magically appear down the track from projects they have sold in the past that they find they still had the right to?

There is a fear of being involved in an unlisted entity down the track however I don't want to give up shares and find Sandon extract a lot more value later somehow.

A similar strategy was used by the head of Sandon when MVT tried to takeover AYT. As a holder of AYT I declined a takeover offer and held them as an unlisted stock, as a result the stock gave me 3 or 4 times the takeover price I think from memory.

Glad I accepted prev buy back but did keep a few for similar reasons but I will accept this one now- ah well.
