    Winter Garden? This is International gold field! This is not WG.

    All you have to date is an expired option for WG. Expired by what? 3 months now.

    This killer soooooooo profitible venture is so good that no one has come in to take it of Okap's hands.
    Oh I know. There is a "hand shake agreement."

    So tell us macca. What has to happen before there is a Winter Garden???

    Would that be dilution of 1,500,000,000 shares?

    Would that be at a bare minimum $1,000,000 raising just to meet the asset test under listing rules 1-2 required by the ASX. And that was before IGS lost Santa Fe. Which means the dilution will be worse than just $1,000,000

    And then of course there is the share consolidation at an unknown ratio.

    So a 2,2 billion share issue to dilute every current share holder to death.

    Then! A share consolidation just to make sure you get kicked in both!

    Is that not right macca. That these hidious events have to happen before you have anything of any winter graden.

    An SI who got shares at .0025c and free options with the intent of off loading to the unsupecting before the hidious dilution and share consolidation. So you could reload at a lower price.

    Some MO. Played out over and over again.
    The same board that run this into the ground in the first place! Oh. But it will be different!
