I really like the fact that they only allow SH who were part of SLK before the Acquisition announcement to take part of that Share offer (SH who held on 7PM on the 17th Sep v the Trading Halt on the 16 Sep and the announcement on the 18th.
This is the reason for the big selloff today...lots of people jump in right after the announcement hoping the take part of it.
I really feel appreciated as a longterm holder.
Great decision by the board.
