AND was 32 cents before KCN made its offer. AND's last sale was at 36.5c.

As for paying cash - what a ridiculous statement. Do you want to eliminate 99% of takeovers. In case you are not aware, being given shares in KCN gives AND shareholders equity in KCN.

In addition, on your takeover suggestion, AND couldn't even bid for a company worth $10 million because AND does not even have $10 million cash.

let kcn prove how interested they are by buying the remaining shares on market

since the takeover offer the sp has fallen prior to the offer AND sp rose steadily for over 12 months.

disappointing for small shareholders when big companies come in and stuff it up
