CWN is the problem, basically a solvency problem given CWN's links to the PRC and its ability to repay its debt overload.
Personally I think the sellling of LLC has been overdone, I think Barangaroo will still go ahead probably with CWN but if not, with a Private Equity Group that will buy out CWN IMHO but plss DYOR. a PEG might get CWN at a discount but that should not concern LLC too much IMHO.
