    Its mostly because im reading in the mainstream media that vacancy rates for office property is rising in the major capital cities, and of course I think the Sydney market is way overvalued and could pop any moment, also I think DXS are expanding there portfolio too quickly, its like they are buying up every office tower they can find, sure I realise office towers are a HARD asset that will never got to $0 but if its mostly all financed by debt, than whats the point? better sitting on cash I think.
    also I don't trust the CEO that Steinberg fellow, I think he is there to just get rich quick and as soon as things start going pear shaped in the office sector, he will probably step down with a huge payout of course, as you do, and go somewhere else, as you do on the financial director merry go round.
