Hi jaluma, thanks for your reply and I agree with your suggestion. I'm worried that Shoply is becoming a mums-and-pops corner shop with a bunch of burly men in suits spending investor money to keep it from going under.

Hi qwerty0987, I emailed the CEO and board members the following questions:

1. I read from one of the posts here that Shoply is making around $200k a quarter. I asked how the company would then forecast a loss of $600k - does this effectively mean $1.4m spend on "investments" and if so, what are they really spending on?

2. I read from the last quarterly update that the company spent $144k on platform enhancement and domain name. Putting aside however much on the domain name, it looks to me that this is like paying at least two people working full-time for the entire quarter. I asked if this will continue, especially when the company has said before that their online platform is largely complete?

3. I asked what's with the poor customer reviews lately.

4. I asked about the share price keeps going down and how the company is looking to improve it.

Still no return call or email back from management. Hello?! Maybe they are really on a junket in New Zealand or Switzerland like Gillysrooms said before, or gone into hiding somewhere.
