I thought the company secretary had gone even though there has been no announcement of such matter.
So, in the past few months NLX has lost its chairman and its CEO and now its secretary. I Spy has said on numerous occasions "follow what the directors do" ( he asserts they bought $7m of shares - they havn't ) and it looks to me like the directors are getting out.
