MACCA, you are kidding, are you not? Especially when fanciful $ values per hectare are being thrown around!
If IGS can get this off the ground, it could take years, if ever to get to the 1000 acre level, just think of all the little hopeful companies and people and then the big pharmaceuticals that are / will be vying for a piece of the pie……… and they are all telling the same storey, albeit in different words.

Acres and hectares……… changes in announcements.
SPIN or an HONEST mistake by SOMEONE? It does matter……..

Maybe the company should clarify the amount of acres [is it 1000 or 2,470 acres (1000 hectares)] so people will not post or calculate potentially incorrect figures based on varying amounts of acres announced by IGS
1000 hectares = 2,470 acres approx. just a little difference, why bother with it?


1000 acres @ $550,000.00 per hectare
= $222,672.00 approx. per acre
= $222,672,064.00 per 1000 acres.
[then factor in supply and demand and take out all costs and direct/indirect overheads]

1000 hectares @ $550,000.00 per hectare
= $550,000,000.00 per 1000 hectares.
[then factor in supply and demand and take out all costs and direct/indirect overheads]

With the figures that were posted, there is a really, really big difference, something like $327,372,936.00 MILLION approx.

But it’s only a little typo…. Isn’t it?

But wait………Why let the truth get in the way of a GOOD STOREY (POTENTIAL bottom line)?

The “potential” figures are much better when hectares are used.
