The longer the delay the better, price of oil going up provides a much better scenario when the rig finally arrives. It is not uncommon for jack-ups to get stuck, I believe they also need a patch of calm seas to attempt the 'jacking up' process. Be patient, the timing may be a blessing for the share price when they spud.
