If one had followed the company as closely as I have over the past decade or so you don't need to know a member of the Board, or be an ex/employee. Similarly, one doesn't need to "guess what is going on internally"
Rather, history and and numbers tell the stark reality of the decline of HIL.
To think that less than 8 years ago their share price was about $6.75, today it is struggling around the 40c level.
