I absolutely agree with you. They have made several acquisitions which have little information of any value for an investor. The disclosure is so bad that it is impossible to infer anything meaningful from them. This is also a terrible sign.
They are cashed up and making purchases without clearly explaining the benefits of doing so making it impossible to tell if they are just wasting money or actually helping to grow the business.
